Global Upline Sdn. Bhd. was formed in 1999 during the time when Malaysia was beginning to recover from the devastating Asian Financial Crisis that hit all major trading countries in Asia as well as several others beyond it. To successfully jump start the economy, the Government decided to revive several infrastructure projects and to complete them satisfactorily and speedily in order to reap early resulting economic and social benefits.
Global Upline was formed in response to this government’s initiative.
Global Upline made it its prime focus to complete projects in time, within budgets and without compromising on quality.

Kuching International Airport
The present airport, located about 8km from kuching city centre is being upgraded for unrestricted operation of boeing 747 aircraft.
The major works involve in the redevelopment include extension of main terminal building as well as the existing runway and taxiway.
Labuan Airport
Upgrading of the Labuan Airport for unrestricted operation of Airbus 330 aircraft.
Kota Kinabalu Airport
The redevelopment works will enable the unrestricted operation of Boeing 747-400 aircraft for the Kota Kinabalu International Airport.
Kenyalang Interchange
The Kenyalang Interchange upgrading is necessary to ensure that the protocol road provides uninterrupted journey to and from the Kuching International Airport besides bringing relief to regular road users in the area.
Pujut and Puchong Interchange
The Upgrading of Interchange between Miri and Lutong is a project approved for implementation under the 9MP. The project consist of two main sections namely Section 1-Pujut Interchange and Section 2-Puchong Interchange.
